02 ●── Return Requirements

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Items must not affect secondary sale.
- Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
03 ●── Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after the returned parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse. Actual posting time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
04 ●── Orders Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

- You must provide valid proof of non-receipt.
- After verification, we will provide a reshipment or refund.
- You must contact us within 24 hours after the tracking shows delivered.
05 ●── Special Cases
If the parcel is refused during delivery, a refund will only be processed after we receive the returned parcel. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Any costs incurred from unauthorized returns must be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to decline returns if:
